- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have always used Companion Care for my animals and recently tried the Farnborough one. I expressed that I was rehoming a dog from abroad and wanted it to be checked over. The receptionist refused to let me bring the dog in, rolled her eyes when I expressed my concerns, and was patronising. There were a number of other people waiting who all started staring; I felt so embarrassed. I have since left the vets and taken my dogs to a new one, who have happily checked over my new dog which went beautifully. I do not expect to be spoken to in the way I was, and I have been advised by a number of other people that they will not use this vets for a number of reasons.
